Oliver Laver
Oliver Laver is the Founder and Managing Director of MortgageKey. Working as a mortgage adviser when he founded the company 18 years ago, he has since built and led MortgageKey’s growth into the established business it is today.
Sally Bradshaw
Sally Bradshaw has worked in financial services for 36 years and has been with MortgageKey for 18 years as a founding shareholder and Director. As a Financial Adviser, she specialises in pensions and investments, helping customers plan for their financial future.
Emma Moore
Emma Moore has been with MortgageKey for 11 years and oversees our team of mortgage advisers alongside the company’s day-to-day operations. She plays a key role in supporting the team and ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service.
Carl Hawkswell
Carl Hawkswell is MortgageKey’s Compliance Manager and has been with the company for 12 years. With 25 years’ experience across financial services and accountancy, he helps ensure the business maintains high regulatory and professional standards.
Danny Sharpe
Danny Sharp has been with MortgageKey for five years and is our IT Manager. He oversees the company’s technology and IT systems, helping to ensure our team can work efficiently and provide customers with a reliable service.
